Kennel Attenborough

Attenborough was registered as our prefix during the year 2000. Our first litter was born on the 16th of April 2001.
For us, breeding cockerspaniels is a hobby or a passion, something that gives us a lot of joy.

We have shared our freetime with cockerspaniels since 1995 and the thought of breeding matured for a couple of years. Our breeding programme will be relatively small-scale and the puppies will be brought up in a home environment.
We have 3-4- cockerspaniels residing "at home" at any given time, but we also co-own a few others with some lovely, caring families.

We are interested in many of the dog sports that cockerspaniels can take part in, so the spaniels at our house do not only participate in dog shows (at times) but take part in tracking tests and they are also trained either in obedience or agility.

We are of the opinion that cocker spaniel is a marvellous dog for an active owner. Having said that, one must add that a cocker is a lovely pet even for an owner whose interests are not quite so sporty.

Our goal is to breed healthy, sound and happy puppies with a typical cocker exterior and working abilities.
