I’m getting the feeling I’m about to buy an iPad really soon, just to see how my protective cases will look in real life. Here’s a showcase of my Speck cases made at Zazzle.com:

…just wishing I had an iPhone and iPad myself
Anyway, the day came when you could start designing your own protective cases for iPhones and iPads at Zazzle.com, and here are my first designs:
The image was made with Xara Xtreme Pro (now updated to Xara Designer Pro).
Christmas is getting closer and Christmas cards and greetings should be sent!
Here is my contribution to all Christmas cards out there:
I had a nice Digital Duck design at Zazzle called Super Duck. It was my digital rubber duck place inside a red and yellow diamond shaped shield, similar to the shape of the Superman S-shield.
I did not have any references to Superman or DC Comics or so, and the design did sell pretty well. Until Wank… sorry, Warner Bros. interfered!
Obviously Warner Bros. and their DC Comics department thought I was making money on their Superman franchise with my Duck design. Well, I can tell you I don’t make THAT much money on Zazzle! Anyway, all my cute Super Duck designs were pulled from the marketplace*), and I had to come up with something else…
Super Duck v.2.0! Aka Defender Duck, THE defender of all Digital Ducks!
So if you want to feel super, get your hands on the new design – no cape included, sorry!
*) Interesting enough, the Super Duck Keds shoe design wasn’t pulled…
I finally set up my own online shop. Well, kind of… so far it is in a very spartan beta mode, but it works! (Yes, I have tested it, so I’m now officially a proud owner of my own font!)
To celebrate this milestone I am offering a 40 % kickoff discount! The font will be availabe for $15 until August 30th, after that the normal price will be $25.
As I mentioned, the shop is still in beta mode, meaning for example that I am only accepting payments through PayPal for the moment. Depending on the success there will be more payment options in the future.
